MTH Bible Translation and Interpretation

Overview:
A two-year programme combining course work with field research and 30,000 word dissertation, based in two tuition locations: Ghana and South Africa and with the possibility of field work in the students' home regions.
An innovative programme providing a uniquely African approach to Biblical Studies through in-depth study of the original languages of Scripture and African mother tongue Scriptures, as the basis for a new exegesis and interpretation of the Christian Scriptures.
Incorporating some of the African Christianity courses that explore the religious and cultural realities of the African context in their theological interface with Christian faith, to provide cultural relevance in exegesis and interpretation.

Overview:
A one-year modular programme providing a basic introduction to the range of theological disciplines for graduates from other fields of study, who desire theological training to equip them for Christian ministry.
Focusing also on the forms and traditions of African Christian life and thought emerging as a distinctive strand of Southern and Non-Western Christianity with the potential of contributing to world Christianity
A distinctive curriculum, seeking to give exposure to the intellectual rigour required for the study of theology as an academic discipline, and to convey the importance of spiritual commitment for theological understanding and formation.
Serving a dual purpose: as a broad introduction to theology that is relevant to Christian ministry in the African context, and as a recognised bridging programme into the MTh African Christianity.

KNUST Executive Masters in Ministry and Management

Overview:
An exciting and unique two-year modular programme that combines a basic training in Management, taught at KNUST, with modules that focus on issues of ministry in the African context, taught at ACMC.
A 30,000-word dissertation will bring together both elements and will be jointly supervised
Has specifically in view, pastors/ministers and leading executives of Christian NGOs wishing both to improve their management skills and deepen their theological understanding, in relation to the practical issues of Christian ministry in a pluralist context.
